For lost players, there's a handy guide to Training Areas. Look for colored orbs above the sky or rock for Fist Strength training, explore the Sky Islands for Psychic training, and find the building "Devilish" near the THUGS for Body Toughness training.
To enhance your gameplay experience, you can activate the normal speed mode by pressing the Ctrl key. And if you prefer a more optimized performance, you have the option to toggle the low graphics setting on or off.
